ProBeautyKit.com reserves the right to refuse any return. Clearance items, sale items and special ordered items are not included in this return/exchange policy and are non-refundable. Other items such as shears (cutting and thinning), any form of sprays and oils, magazines, posters, books, clipper and trimmer blades, styling products, masque, mask, makeup, manicure items, razors, facial items, brushes, combs, wet good items, tweezers, state board kits, barber, cosmetology, manicure, facial kits†are ALL SALE FINAL for sanitary reasons. Items that are to be returned/exchanged must be in its original shape, unused, free of any defects, including but not limited to stained, scratched, used or torn parts. Please note that you must first e-mail customer service for a return authorization number. There is a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is at customerís cost. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a credit back to the form of payment previously made. Please allow 2-7 working days for your bank to release the funds back.
